On-Campus Accommodation

If you are a student, an independent researcher, or a retired scholar, you may have applied for reduced-cost on-campus accommodation and received confirmation of acceptance from RSVP.

Please make sure that you tick the "on-campus housing" option as you register for the conference. 

The sum of €88,50 (for 3 nights: July 6, 7, 8) will then be automatically added to your registration fee.

Student rooms are located on Site de Lébisey.

All rooms are fully-equipped with a private bathroom/toilet and wifi. A virtual visit of these rooms is available here.

From Cité U Lébisey Tram 1 (to Ifs Jean Vilar) and Tram 2 (to Caen Presqu'île) will take you to Campus 1, where the conference will take place, in approximately 12 minutes.

You can either get off at Crous-Suaps (north of campus) or Université (main access). Bus lines 5 and 12 also serve this route and are faster (7 minutes approx.).
